I am deeply saddened by the passing of Janice. I always thought she had such a beautiful smile. Brad, Tina, Eloise, Joyce and the entire family, you are in my prayers.
On Thursday afternoon, May 29, 2014 God called one of His angels home. Janice Elaine Tigner Hill was born on August 4, 1950, the last child of eight children to the late Mary Lizzie and Wilburn Tigner.
