Another Christmas has come and gone -- 11 years since you left us -- and I thought of you as we sat in Granny & GrandBobby's living room. I so missed that quirky grin and how I used to wonder what you were thinking of getting into when you let it shine! I love you, Sugarman... always... Merry Christmas... Mama

I will never forget Jason at my Momma's funeral. First off, he looked like Jesus on that day with his beard and hair. He might not have brought flowers for her but he sure went out found them and placed them gently by his Aunt Dot! Some people were embarrassed by this but I thought what a loving gesture from him! He always had the most precious smile! Love and hugs from earth to heaven for you!!!

Rebecca, He thought the world of you! Those idyllic days... had we known the short time we had, we would've done so many things differently! Or maybe not. Only the Universe knows.

Jason will be "forever young" in my memory. I will remember the little boy who played in my sand pile with Chuck. They loved to play with their trucks and road equipment in my yard. Jason, you left way too early. We miss you.

I sit here crying and can see him and Granddaddy Palmer walking in the garden. What a sweet little boy! I remember the last time I talked to him about he had to trust in God to help him over come the feelings he had! Love Lisa

The answer is D

December 27, 2013

My favorite story of Jason happened when he was at Mt. Gallant.  It was standardized testing day.  When Deb asked him about his test, he said he had answered everything D.  When she asked why, he said he didn't want to be part of RISK - the gifted program.   What a (smart) stinker!

... and then I remember my sand pile out near the road - a great place for Jason and Chuck to play.  Great memories!

You left us all too soon!
