His Life

Jay A. Rosio of Minneapolis, MN died Friday, November  2, 2012 at his home. He was 45 years old. He was born July 22, 1967 in Laona,  WI, the son of Herbert and Tina (Schoolman) Rosio, and the family resided in  Crandon, WI.

 He was a graduate of Crandon High  School with the class of 1986. He then attended Nicolet College in Rhinelander,  WI for three years before transferring to Minneapolis College of Art and Design  where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1993.

 Jay was employed at Northtown  Village apartments in Spring Lake Park, MN. 

During his lifetime he enjoyed  downhill skiing, playing video games, tennis, riding motorcycle, target  shooting, power boating, legos projects, driving his Subaru, and collecting Hot  Wheels cars. During his high school years he operated Jay's Bike Shop from his  parents' garage, where he repaired and also built custom bikes.

Survivors are his parents, Herbert  and Tina Rosio, Crandon, WI; sister Lisa Ottmann, Antigo, WI; niece Nia (Taylor)  Tauer, Fond du Lac, WI; aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his  grandparents Louis and Mildred Rosio, George and Evelyn Schoolman, and  brother-in-law Pete Ottmann.
