Mom holding Luigi with Mac sitting beside her... My Mom loved all kinds of animals, she had such a huge heart when it came to four legged creatures!!! I use to tease her, and call her St. FRANCESCA of Assisi!! (She would always feed the birds, squirrels, etc!! She always made sure the animals were fed!Mom always would say that, they are God's creatures and we need to take care of them too!! I remember always having animals in our home growing up!! Mom loved cats tho.. and her favorite was Rosie. We found her mother wandering around in our church's parking lot, so we took her home... after Susie gave birth, we kept Rosie and Skippy. But Rosie was the cat Mom loved the most! She talked to that cat as if she was human,Rosie never left her side either!! and the day Rosie died, Mom was heartbroken.. as a final tribute, I asked the funeral director if I could place Rosie's ashes in with her.. He permitted it, so Rosie is with Mom forever...
