Jeff was born in Louisiana born was raised in St Paul's North Carolina. he loved to fish and hunt and be around his friends who knew him. we got married on valentines day back in 1994. i had a beautiful daughter in 92 got married in 94 then had a 2nd beautiful daughter in 96. he was a trip to be around and a loving man.
