The son of the late Mrs. Vylene Williams Turner, Jeffery was born in Columbus, GA on March 12, 1960. He was a 1978 graduate of Kendrick High School and was employed for 30 years with the Xerox Corporation. He was a U. S. Army Veteran and beloved husband, father and grandfather who will truly be missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include: his loving and devoted wife of 33 years, Mrs. Tina Jackson Williams; two daughters, Shantina Williams Newman (Nicholas) and Jessica Williams; three beloved granddaughters, Kennedy, Kaylyn and Kamryn; a brother, Carl Williams (Cathy); a nephew, Casanova Williams; his mother-in-law, Mrs. Lucille Jackson; a host of in-laws, cousins, other relatives and friends.
