Jeffrey Phillip Whitaker, 33, passed away suddenly Tuesday, July 16, 2019 in Durham.
He is survived by his mother, Amy Mae Champion; fiancé, Danielle Smith; three children, Skylar, Lucas and Joseph and his sister, Amanda Medlin.
Memorial services are pending.
