Open letter to my Son

November 1, 2018

Happy Birthday Son, another year has come and gone without you ,it is getting harder to have to live with such a loving member of the family missing , want you to know that you have another grandson ,Tony and Ashley have a second son ,carrying on the tradition of all boys born into our family, his name is Asher Reid Clark, born on August 7th of 2018. he looks more like Ashley than Noah does, Noah is just like you ,loves the ocean and pools ,would live in them if possible and he is doing good in school ,in the first grade this year , loves math , music and get good citizenship awards every 9 weeks. Your Dad and I went to the cemetery to put new flowers on your grave ,hard to leave it knowing that you are there and I cannot see or speak to you there, we miss you so much and love you even more if that is possible, we still have the house at Myrtle Beach that you were supposed to move into ,cannot seem to let it go ,had a water leak there in June and had to replace most of the floors ,think you would have liked them and would have loved to put them down yourself as you were able to do most anything, I try to not mess up my laptop since I do not have you to repair it for me ,think you would be proud of me since having to learn how to fix it myself , Matt still works for the prison system and we are both completely retired now , health not well enough to continue to work, the family will have Thanksgiving at Cindy's house ,will not be the same with you missing ,we try hard to make up to your Grandson's for your absence ,but we know that they would rather have you instead, Noah knows  who you are , Tony shows him your picture a lot and I know he will do the same with Asher, we will never let you be forgotten , love you and miss you so much Son ,goodbye until we meet again ,rest in peace , Mom

Jeff's loves for life

January 22, 2013

Jeff was an avid fisherman, his family moved to Garden City Beach ,S.C when he was just 14 years old,his love for the ocean was proven over and over again,he loved surfing ,summer or winter ,the cold did not bother him, he was a life guard on the beach at Myrtle Beach,S.C for a number of years ,and saved several lives while on duty, one of his proudest accomplishments and ours also.

He loved cooking ,was employeed as a chef while living in Sebring,Florida for a number of years.
He was also a Father to five son's ,all of whom he was so proud of.
Jeff was going to be a Grandfather, he was so excited while awaiting the birth of his Grandson, his only Grandchild was born just 24 days after he passed away.
Noah Scott  Clark was born on November 29/2011, never having known his Grandfather.

While living in Sebring,Jeff caught a twelve pound large mouth bass from the lake behind his home ,he caught it on four pound test line ,using a ultra light rod with a inch and half white grub,  he returned it to the lake ,he said something that beautiful should  live ,that describes Jeff, he had a beautiful heart that stopped beating much to soon.
