Let this be a lesson to me -- don't put things off. I was so sorry to see that you've lost Jenny. I still remember hanging out at your house--you were in that awful cast--with Joyce and your Schnauzer, Susie? Oh my. Found this photo going through some of my mother's things today. Remembered I had found Jenny on the internet a while back but procrastinated. So came to the computer send her the photo and I missed my change. I'm sure you miss her--hope this photo brings a smile.

Hello Chris Andersen

February 27, 2021
Chris wrote a tribute in 2015 and uploaded a picture of Jenifer, Chris, Tom, and an unnamed bear from long ago in Augsburg, Germany. Unfortunately I didn't see it at the time as I'd lost touch with this site, but I'm writing to (very) belatedly thank you. It's hard to believe that it's been 7 years since beloved Jenifer passed away unexpectedly. I had looked forward to many more years of her love and companionship. Families being what they are we'd had a few disagreements, but when the night of her death came we were fast friends and allies. She had just come back from a talk at Lawrence Lab about Advanced Materials in Berkeley where I was supposed to but couldn't meet her. I miss her and her poetic, powerful being and deeply. I see those eyes reaching out to the stars.
