Jerry was a man transformed by the grace and love of his LORD, Jesus Christ. He loved his family and friends well. His greatest desire was that each of them would make the choice to follow Jesus as their LORD, so that he might see them again one day. He was a loving husband and father, and excellent Poppy, a good son, a wonderful brother, a loyal friend and a great boss. He never met a stranger. He is loved and treasured. We will miss his gentleness and humor, but know he is rejoicing in the presence of our LORD. 

Jerry was born July, 16 1947 in Detroit, Michigan. He has lived in Las Cruces for 56 years, and owned University Laundry and Cleaners for 25 years. 

He is survived by his loving family: His wife Claudia, son Chad, wife Stephanie and grandson Bradey, daughter Heidi, husband Jed and grandsons Jaiven and Tae, son Jeremey, sister's Suzanne and Donna, brothers Rusty, Jimmy, Ernie, Donald, and Douglas. 

Preceded in death was Jerry's father Russell, Mother Elaine and brother Kenny.
