Mrs. Jo Ann Pieratt, 77 year old resident of Valley, passed away, Sunday, October 12, 2014.

 

Funeral service for Mrs. Pieratt will be held Wednesday, October 15, 2014, at 11:00 Am EDT, from the graveside in Shawmut Cemetery. Billy H. Clark will officiate.

 

The family will greet friend Tuesday evening, from 6:00 PM EDT until 7:00 PM EDT at McCarthy Funeral Home.

 

In lieu of flowers contributions are asked to be made to Chattahoochee Hospice.

Stevie, you know how much you and your Mom meant to all of us. Please know our prayers are with you now. I am so, so sorry Joanne has left us. Just have to believe she is with Cara, Alan and Hugh now. Love you, child. My old body prevents me from doing what I want and need to do, so I will be unable to be at the visitation or the funeral. Just know you are in my thoughts. Take care of yourself!! Love you, Gerry
