She was vivacious, with expressive, flashing eyes. She was strong, independent, and loyal to family and friends. She made friends easily. Through organizations she belonged to she had a very positive effect on many people.
Jo's husband, Jim, died 23 years, to the day, before she did. God grant that they're happily together again.
I will forever miss you, Jo.

I truly admired my sweet Aunt Jo, my mama's youngest sister. After becoming a young widow, she didn't just sit down and let life pass her by. Jo and Angie, her sweet dog, traveled in her small motorhome, finding new adventures in places new and old. She thought of others and helped others when and how she could. She kept an open mind about life and lived her beliefs about life. Her memories will stay with me.
