I cannot believe it's been a year already, not a day goes by where I'm not reminded of you. Every time I see lady bugs, to other grandma's in the store with their grand children, when I pass by someone with the same perfume you wore, my tattoo, the picture I have of you next to my bed, and even when I look at your children that are my uncle and aunts. Sometimes it's hurts, sometimes its a sweet reminder of all the good memories with you. I love and miss you so much. I'm glad I got the time I did with you, I will cherish it forever (-: I hope one time I'm at least half the grandma you were to me, you make me want to be the best I possibly can. I love you sooooooo much and I hope you and grandpa are happily looking down on all of us. Rest in peace grandma

One year later and it still feels like yesterday that you were so suddenly taken from us. I think of you everyday, even if it's only for a brief moment. When I see the rainbows I think of you and Grandpa. Whenever I drive down to San Jose you're on my mind the whole time. When I'm spending quality time with the family, I think of how wonderful you would feel about that. Every single holiday I think of how many we spent together and how great the times were. When I am at school and I get excellent scores on my exams, I think of how proud I would make you. In truth my motivation in life has always been to make you proud. I could continue typing about every single thing that would remind me of you but I would be sitting here all day and night. And I don't ever want that to change. I love thinking about you because I tell myself that you're the kind of Grandparent I want to be. The amount of love that you gave all of your children and grandchildren, I can only dream to give the same amount back to mine. I love you so much Grandma, and I will tell my children and my children's children about you. You will live on in my memory and theirs.
