Mr. John Harris "Bubba" Render was born May 7, 1946, in Meriwether County Georgia, to the late Mr. & Mrs. Bishop Render Sr.  He was called home on Friday, May 30, 2014.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend.  

  He attended Greenville High School and later took to the road as a truck driver.  He never met a person that he didn't like; after a conversation with them, he had made both an impression as well as a friend.  

  Bubba joined Macedonia Baptist Church at an early age where he served in several positions.  He served as a Deacon and was a faithful member until his illness and death.  

  John was preceded in death by his parents, Bishop and Mattie Mae Render Sr. and one brother Bishop Render Jr.  
  He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and faithful wife, Annie Doris Render, one daughter, Angela Hall; seven sons, Scotty (Lorrie) Render, Gregory (Tammy) Render, Jeremy (Shriee) Slaton, David Ross, Barry Ross, Thairus Dowell, and Todd Dowell; 18 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Alice Pearl Hinton, Minister Rosa Tate and Mary Clayton; one sister-in-law, Elizabeth Render; two great-aunts, Gwendolyn Hall and Mary Parks; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He also leaves a very special friend, Deacon Jermaine Barlow.
