BIRTH

John Mwantari was born in 1965. He was the son of the late Jason Mboroki and Jericah Ntibuka Mboroki. He was brother to Japhet Mbiriti, Esther Nceberee, Murithi Geofrey, Priscilla Kamathi, Salome  Gitonga Solomon, Samuel Kithamburu, Julius Kathunkumi, Daniel Murerwa, David Bundi, late Kiende, late Joshua and Zipporah Kiogora.

EDUCATION

He attended Kathirune Primary School in 1976 up to 1983. He joined Giaki Secondary School in 1984 up to 1987. After School he joined Kenya Polytechnic for 2 years to take diploma in clearing and forwarding. Then in 1990 he was employed in the Ministry of Finance at the Headquaters Nairobi. In 1991 he was transfered to Marsabit District Headquaters. In 2005 he was transfered to Moyale district. Then in 2006 he went for further studies at Jomo Kenyatta University where he pursued a degree in Information and Technology. In 2008 he went back to Moyale until 2014.

MARRIAGE LIFE

He was married to Lilian Gakii in September in 1990. They were blessed with three children namely Elosy, Levy Murira and Blessy Kangai. He was brother in law to Faith Muthee, Josee Muthuyia, Mercy and late Rose kinya.

ILLNESS AND DEMISE

He was taken ill at the end of February 2014 where he was taken to Nkubu Mission Hospital for 3 days, then he was transfered to Chogoria Mission Hospital where he met his death on 30th March 2014 at 9.40 am.

Doctors tried their best, family and Neighbours loved him but God loved him most.
