john died after  30 plus years from black lung  and emphysema,, he fought hard ,

but in the end it took him.. he called me about 2 days before he passed and said he was ready to go. and that he loved me,, at the time I had just gotten  out of the hospital and was unable
to travel. and he told me he understood and seemed more worried about me than his self.
he is in gods hands now. thank you lord for all the memories I have of him.
