Hi dad. Did you see Charlize at grandparents day today? Mama, Papa Rollie, and Lola where there. Charlize called me and said she knew you were there with them. Hi Dad. I heard something on the radio today and it made me think of you. For a split second I thought to call you on my cell and then I remembered you're not taking calls anymore. I missed you so much in that moment that I don't even remember what it was that reminded me of you. Hi dad. I just got home from work and made my rounds kissing and staring at the kids as they're sound asleep. I know the reason I love them and cherish them so much is because you and mom raised Janice and I with soo much love that it just overflows from us into our kids (your grandkids). Happy Easter Dad! Wow, how wonderful it must be to actually be there celebrating with the Risen King! I miss you dad but I know you'll be here with us and you'll probably be helping your grand kids find their eggs. I love you dad!

Hi Dad, Chaz made his first basket the other day and I was telling Aimee that I know you saw it and how I wished I could have seen your reaction. Although I wish we could be sitting next to each other in the stands when all the kids are playing sports, I'm happy that you'll always have the best seat. Charlize and Ashlee often say that they miss you and Chaz does his "Papa John" call often. We watched Mike and Arlene's wedding video yesterday and it was so nice to see you and mom dancing together. You remember, you and mom won the contest for the couple who had been married the longest? I miss your smile that could light up a room. I love you dad. - Charlie Rich

Dear Dad,
I think about you all the time and I miss you so much. I talk to you all the time.

I planted a beautiful magnolia tree for you in the front yard. One beautiful flower bloomed on the first day of spring. Whenever the kids and I leave the house they always wave to your magnolia and say, "We'll see you you later Papa!" When we come home they say, "We're back Papa!" They are always thinking of you and so often we sit around the dinner table and laugh about all the funny memories you've left us with.

Percy signed all your boys up for football and Jase is so excited for his first year. I know you will be watching from above when that day comes. I love you and miss you so much.
