"Mr. Crawford was very special to the girls of JVHS basketball. He was always very kind and there for any one of us if we needed anything. He never missed a practice or a game that I can remember. He cheered us on in all of our victories and kept us encouraged during our losses. You will truly be missed and it was an honor to have you as part of our JVHS family! May you forever rest in peace!!
"I was a staff member at Jordan some of the years Mr. Crawford coached the girls' basketball there. He was so gentle and pleasant. I envy those of you who knew him well. His was a life well led. God bless you all as you mourn your loss. I'll bet you know where to meet him one day, though. You were blessed to have had him to lose."
