Joseph (Joe) was born August, 1967 in Kenya to the late Mr. Charles Chomba Ngoroi and Mrs. Grace Muringo Chomba. Joe leaves behind his wife and son; sisters Alice W. Hoegerle, Beth W. Kimwele and Anne W. Chomba; nephews and nieces,  a large extended family, dear friends and associates. 
Joe spent his professional career fulfilling one of the delights of his; offering great customer service as a travel/tour operator starting in Nairobi, then for a long time in Mombasa and finally in London.
