It's been 3 years since your passing and it is still so surreal. Every time we look at a picture of you, it is like you are still with us because you're suppose to still be here. Gina, your parents, your sisters and the rest of your family miss you so very much. We hope you are happy in heaven and looking out for your grandparents. Please ask God to send Gina someone to love. We know she'll never find another you, but we would love to see her find love again.  We love you very much. Till we meet again in heaven....Aunt Ginny & Uncle Tony

Words cannot help to ease the pain of your loss, but I hope one day it will provide you a small measure of comfort to know how many lives he touched, even if he didn't fully realize it. His friendliness, kind smile, and willingness to help were appreciated within the community and Mullica Hill is a sadder place without him. Our prayers are with you and your family.

I cannot fully articulate my profound sadness at Joe's passing. Stunned, shocked and shaken are words that just begin to convey my heartfelt sorrow. Joe was the exception: a great person who truly went out of his way to be kind, driven with a mission to help others, regardless of the request. Personally, I was a beneficiary of that kindness and help many, many times. His upbeat spirit was infectious and Joe spread this spirit throughout the entire time I knew him. He spoke often, with great love and affection, about his wife, about his family and his deep seeded commitment to being the best person possible. For me, he exceeded those expectations, exuded kindness and was simply a great guy. I was honored to know him and humbled by his passing. It will undoubtedly leave a tremendous void in many lives. Joe will truly be missed. May the Dear Lord guide his path and keep Joe, and his loved ones, in the palm of His hand from now until forever.

My heart truly aches for Joe's family and his Wife Gina. His love for his family was apparent, most important!! He'd do anything for them. His Dad was his best friend, awe Joe loved him so much and was encouraged and inspired by him!!
The memories I have in my heart are treasures to me, truly blessed to have them and forever grateful!
Anyone to Love and be Loved by Joe is Blessed to the fullest. Can't think of a moment when done talking to Joe my face didn't hurt from smiling and laughing. It was a gift of Joe's, to bring out the best in others. To help them see life is good!! Joe impacted so many with his giving, caring and selfless Heart.
He was a good friend to me, and I will Never forget him Ever!! There is none like Joe......none
P.S. I love you

I have not seen Joe in years, we went to school together. We were not close friends, maybe not even "good friends." But I do remember him in class and I remember that he was always joking and making people laugh. I'm sorry for your loss and will keep you in my thoughts.

To Gina, Joes parents, and siblings.
I was heart broken & sad to hear the tragic news the other day, when my nephew Georgie called me on your accident Sunday.
I've known Foxy for years watched him grow up with my nephew, and spent many barbecues, and weddings together.
I loved Foxy as one of my own nephews, we would always break each other's balls when we got together, and always had some wonderful laughs together, he was a genuine good hearted person, great to be around, and would always lend a helping hand to anyone, no matter the circumstances, Love you buddy going to miss our laughs together.
RIP FOXY
Love Uncle RAC

Our hearts are broken on the loss of our dear nephew, Joey. He was the light and heart of our family and things will never be the same without him. We pray that God will hold him in his arms and keep him close to him. Our only comfort is in knowing that Joey was so special that God wanted him with him and his grandfather, Joe Fox, Sr. even though we weren't ready to let him go. Please help us God to get through this most difficult time. We love you, Joey, so very much.
