Happy Birthday Joe! Saw a gorgeous painting of John Wayne the other day and it reminded me of the present we sent you a few years back - the 6' free standing cut out of John Wayne, rifle and all! Kathy and I sent it to you at work and You put him up right behind your office door and then delighted in watching everyone's reaction when they came in your office and closed the door!!!! I do believe that was one of our better birthday gifts! Love you! Miss you! Give Mom & Dad a big hug and kiss for me! Sisme

I remember once we were talking and you said you wish Mimi and I'd move - you worried about us going up and down the basement steps.I don't know if you knew it but that was a mighty smart way of making sure I didn't forget you ( as if I could) because every time I go down those steps (every other day at least) I talk to you and tell you I'm watching my step and holding on to the railing - and miss you.
