I remember trying to teach Josh how to drive a manual transmission truck. I had a one ton four wheel drive truck that had a very big motor in it. He loved that truck and wanted to learn how to drive it so I took him out in the country to teach him. We was having a blast however there was a storm coming in so I decided that we should get back to the house so I told him that we needed to turn around and head back. The place that we decided to turn around in was an opening to a field that was downhill and had fresh gravel and a big steel gate in front of us. Everytime he tried to to back up he would either kill the truck or it would roll foward. So I explained to him to use the heal of his right foot on the brake and his toes to push the gas and to let the clutch out and when it engaged to let his foot of the brake and to give it gas. Well he did as I said and when he pushed on the gas he pushed on the gas. We was throwing gravel everywhere and left black marks all the way across the street and into the ditch on the other side!! His eyes got so big and he was so afraid that I was going to be mad at him but all I could do was laugh!! I never will forget the look on his face!! It was definately priceless. I loved Josh very much and anytime he called I tried to be there!! I will miss him soo much.
