Her Life

Mrs. Davis was born, Thursday, January 20, 1949, in Troup County, the daughter of the late Roy Cecil and Nonnie Louise Milam Ford.  She was a member of Grace Baptist Church and active until her health started to fail.  She made hand painted rugs that she displayed and sold at craft fairs.  She loved to shop and to work with flowers in her yard. Mrs. Davis was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.  She retired as assistant manager of Hog heaven.

Survivors include her daughter, Michelle Johnson Mock of LaGrange;  her son, Todd Johnson (Denna) of Moreland;  her grandchildren, Taylor Mock, Shelby Johnson, Maggie Johnson all of LaGrange, Dallas and Denver Vinyard both of Moreland;  her sisters, Lynn Rooks (Steve) and Bobbie Frailey all of LaGrange; her brother, Mike Ford (Charlotte) of LaGrange; her nieces and nephews, Marty Cofield (Robin) and their children, Will and Kylie of LaGrange; Shane Frailey (Kelly) and their children, Luke, Wyatt, Cody, and Jared of LaGrange; Andy Ford (Brittney) and their children, River Haize and Finley of LaGrange; Shannon Hollie and his daughter Kolbie of Valley and Michael Frailey (Crystal) and their children, Sonny and Marlee of LaGrange;  and Mrs. Davis’ beloved Yorkie, Tucker Davis.
