I remember the first time that I ever met Judi Shaw. She had come to ABC to make sure that her daughter (Heather) and son-in-law (Darrell) had what they needed when they were to arrive at Appalachian Bible College. She had two young girls with her that were foster children and I thought that she was just so amazing to be a foster parent at her age. I fell in love with this lady, had a great personality. Judi was a very Godly lady. Grew to know and love Judi over the years following the arrival of Heather and Darrell Collings on the campus of ABC. May you RIP

Miss Judi was an inspiration to so many. I can only describe her ways with children as magical! Children were drawn to her and she loved them so very much. She was a true gift and will be greatly missed by many. I pray that her loving nature and legacy live on forever and that we can all learn to be more like her.
