Mrs. Julie Rebecca Brown Thomas, age 54 of Franklin, Georgia passed away at the Redmond Regional Hospital in Rome, Georgia on Sunday, November 22, 2015.

 Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. from the Stutts Funeral Home with the Reverend Scott Hannah officiating. The family will receive guests at the funeral home on hour prior to service time.
