Taco's not really the same these days. Seems to can't grasp the fact that you're gone. We tried taking him out of the doghouse on Friday, but he just keeps staring at the screen, ringing you on Skype, waiting for you to pick up... like a dog, he stays loyal to his bone. I just... wish you could come back. For him. For us.

Didn't think I'd wander by here again. You died on a day like today. A sunday. There's something I never told you. You always thought everything sucked, Slappa. But in those final moments, I saw peace in your eyes. For if not but one moment, everything was okay for you. Something I don't think you'd ever had before.

The gravekeeper told me that most of the graves are going to be washed away soon. Something about being too close to the river where we buried you. So your body will probably wither away into the ocean. So while history may forget you, Slappa... me and the FC we... we never will.

It's October 30th, 2015. Today would have been your 25th birthday. I thought I saw you on Fetlife the other day, but I know it wasn't you. It couldn't have been you. You know, I always blamed myself for what happened. But... ever since Hazzerd passed, I had to learn to let go. I have to let you go.

This is my final goodbye. I'm moving to the city now. Can you believe it? Me, a professional comedian. I'm going to live out my dream Slappa, everyone will finally think I'm funny. You would have liked that...

You're on a one way Ship to the light now, friend. I hope you enjoy it. One day, I hope we'll enjoy The Ship together. But for now, I have to accomplish my dreams. I have to do that... for you.
