For those of you who knew Justin in his late teen years knows how much into Martial Arts he was. This is something that we did for hours on end and for many years, he would always beat me...come to think of it I don't think I ever won, maybe once or twice!
One of the memories of this time that keeps running through my head was a time we were grappling in the front yard of his parents place, as we often did, and he had this ultimate pin move he wanted to show...it was unbeatable according to him. So I let him put me in it and he said: "See, you can't get out of this" I responded with: "that's a great move Justin, but I bet I could get out if I really wanted to" He started egging me on to try and I kept telling him he wouldn't like it if I did...of course he wouldn't let me up and said to do it then...
I sqeezed his nutts just hard enough with my hand that was very close and he yelped and jumped off with lightning speed...we joked about his "ultimate pin" quite often, I don't think he ever tried it again.
I have many great memories over the years and he had a huge heart, he would do anything for his friends; he backed me up physically and emmotionally many times and I wish I was there for him over these last few years.
