Karen Ann Lambert, 63, of New Kent died peacefully surrounded by family on Monday June 3, 2019. She was born on August 26, 1955 in Marrero, LA the daughter of Otis and Dorothy Legé. She later moved to New Kent, VA in 1987 where she spent the remainder of her life loving trips to the mountains, gardening, cooking and spending time with family especially her beloved grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 39 years Tommy Lambert, two daughters Courtney Lambert and Casey Stowe; mother Dorothy Legé; siblings Chrissy Miller, Melanie Gaede and Randy Legé; three grandchildren Desirae and Dylan Stowe, Macy Marshburn; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Otis Legé, brother Nelson (Rickey) Legé and sister Lisa Legé. A private memorial service will be held with the family only on June 23, 2019.
