Let the memory of Karen be with us forever | ![]() |
"I was in Flagstaff this weekend celebrating a Graduation at NAU and also remembered and celebrated the life of Karen. She was an untouched songbird. She is singing with Angels on high now!"
"To my little sister, beautiful lady and talented singer. I will always remember her singing "Falling" by Melba Moore. She would stomp her feet and hold the note forever!! We opened for Carlos Santana at the Tucson Civic Center in 1988. I was about to be shipped to Korea, This would be our last gig together. We were planning a trip to surprise her last year when we got the news. to soon!!!!"
"I think of Karen often and the beautiful woman I came to know. Her gift of singing was without match. She is missed so much! Now she is singing with the Angels. Side by Side"
"Hello Mom,
Just thinking of you. My birthdays coming up. I miss you a lot!!! Love you. <3 <3 <3 <3"
"Karen I miss you a bunch. Not sure how to clearly express just how I feel. There are so many stories and memories, ups and downs. I know that I love you sis and that I will never forget you and your many talents and gifts. Zaria, the SABIS school and the New Jerusalem family is praying and sending love your way."
"I remember one summer evening when Karen came over to my home to pick her precious little girl Zaria up. My niece. She was about to leave and she talked about her love for God for about an hour. She was in no hurry to express her faith. I will miss her beautiful smile and the sparkle in her eyes when she talked about the Lord. I will be there for my little Zaria for sure!!! Bless U."
"The days at New Jerusalem Baptist Church are filled with many memories of Karen and Zaria, then years later are paths cross again at the Berean Church. Karen would always ask me to pray for her and Zaria. Karen will always be dear to our family. We will continue to honor her request to pray for her beloved daughter Zaria. God Bless
The Suggs Family."
"Mommy I miss you already !"
