Karen “Nikki” McAllister, 69, of Falls Church, VA passed away on Tuesday, February 21st , after a brief illness.  Karen was born on July 12, 1942 in Atlantic City, NJ daughter of the late Allen and Dorothy Keller .

Karen graduated from Atlantic City HS in 1960 and Monmouth College in 1964. Karen and her loving husband  of 41 years lived in Vietnam for  four years before settling in Falls Church where they have  been residents  for the past 34 years.

Surviving is her  husband Michael McAllister;  and sons Keith and wife Donna, of Arlington, VA; and Eric and  wife Sarah and granddaughter Isobel of Brooklyn, NY. Also, brothers  Jeffry Keller of Atlantic City; and Christopher Keller and wife Kathleen, of Mechanicsburg, PA; and niece Margaux Keller of Bethesda, MD.

Karen was a patron of American Indian art and participated as a vendor of American Indian crafts.
