The daughter of Mrs. Mary B. Washington of Columbus and the late Wardell Henning, Mrs. Clark was born in Nashville, TN. She was a 1971 graduate of the William H. Spencer High School and was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church. She was employed as a Court Clerk with the City of Decatur, GA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy "Pie" Clark, a sister, Daisy Richardson, and her step father, Willie Washington.

Survivors other than her mother, include: three sisters, Jimmie White (Howard), Shirley Henning and Wendy Dixon (Eric); a brother, Thomas Debarlabon (Angelia); loving nieces and nephews, Dawn Hall, Mark Ball (Felita), Michael White (Lynn) and Christopher Richardson; a brother-in-law, Johnny Clark (Cathy); her step son, Lotinza Clark (Holly); a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
