As a little boy keith was the boy everyone wanted, they would watch him with his fathers boots on (size 12) take his bucket and fishing rod and go on his merry way.It could of been DW park  or the muck in fact any body of water keith would be in yes even the puddles.I would worry so much and have to find him,in his little mind everything was ok LOL I remember one time being at a camp site and keith and his brother robbie disappeared,so off I go to find them,well I did  they were trying to catch fish and turtles on a raft they made of wood.So proud they were big smiles of their accoumplishment to only find out they were in the campgrounds dumping area for all the campers gray water and yes toilet water !!! Imagine the rest !! He was always bringing home some animal baby chipmunk after his aweful stay away from home at camp one year that lasted 2 days he ran away to come home .He wrote a letter to me Dear Mom please come get me they are bad to me and I want to come home do you remmeber the pagent we went to with nolana at the hotel in NH well I am by there I miss you and love you mom come get me his letter went on to bring tears,,however the letter came after we recieved a phone call that keith was missing for over 6 hours.Mama bear rounded up brothers,his father and several friends to go to NH to find our baby to find out keith walked so far in the woods to get home that he was 3 towns away from his camp.Low and behold keith with his little smile was in a little town and found a store where he explained to the man working there how important it was to use his phone to call his mom he wanted to go home.This kind man didn't recognize    keith so he called the police.The police returned him to the camp and we were there to bring him home.In his pocket on the way home we all realized keith had not been alone he had a friend yes a little chipmunk he found on his journey to find his family and safety he found his little friend and had him in his pocket the whole time.Keith would laugh so hard it would make you laugh with out even knowing what you were laughing at.Keith was 7  years old at this time.Keith went on to continue to be funny he use to take all of his clothes off to get in the pool,tried to explain to him he couldn't do this,he would then say why mommy its water i take a bath with out my clothes on !! He was 3 years old! His continued journey through life brought so many wonderful memories.One day his father and i was in the yard working we heard this crying and it was awful we ran to see where it was coming from,guess who yes keith he was trying to get a snake approx.2 feet into the neck of a pepsi bottle and couldn't.He was extremly up set and crying he asked his father to do it,well his father did'nt like snakes,but for the love of his son he got the snake into the bottle and keith once again had that beautiful smile and laugh that he always bestowed on so many.Keith played pop warner football when he was to young to play but no one new, he was loved so much by his team and coaches no one second guessed his age,keith went on to be their most valuable player and went on to bigger leagues where he was cherished and love there to. he broke his arm one season,but keith being keith and the team needing him keith played football even with a broken arm and brought the team to many victories.One time we were all suppose to be in church for Richies baptism and being saved,you guessed it keith was missing again.we looked for him but to no avail.The family was in the church as richie his brother was being dunked in the water in came keith with his fathers size 12 boots on his bucket and rod.He went to the alter to tell the pastor he wanted to do what his brother was doing,mind you keith was in need of some water LoL.I remember another time I was very sick in the hospital just had major surgery.I felt someone close to me ,I opened my eyes and there was little keith,he packed his lunch box,took a bus to the brockton hospital and there he was sitting in the rocking chair watching over me.I asked him how he got there he told me bus he was approx 8 years old.he told me he loved me and was scared that something was going to happen to me so he came to make sure I was ok !!!!! He stayed there all day and watched over me and had his little lunch  he packed  by himself.His love grew for his family and friends. Oh how many times I would come home to roses sometimes for no reason at all other than keith would say I love you mom as he said the last night as he walked out the door.Never did I ever think that it was to be his last i love you mom.Keith left a legacy of many stories for many people.He made sacrifices to save others even though he knew he would carry the punishment himself.He was loving,caring ,funny and yes even at times done some stupid things as we all have done in life,but keith had away of you finally laughing about it sooner or later.Well at least  parts of it LOL !!
