Ken loved to cook, not long before he died he invited me for supper and it was delicous as always but he put brownies in to bake and we got to talking and they were in there to long. Ken took them out and took a knife to them. They had turned into stone almost, I could tell he was so disappointed. I said started making jokes that he could just take the whole block out of the pan and keep it by the door to smack any intruder or he could make more and use them to build something. He started laughing and we both were rolling with laughter before I left. Love this kind sweet, gentle person so much.
