Kris Kanu was born on December 23, 1966 to parents Late Mazi Okoro Paul Kanu and Patricia-Rose Kanu . Kris was the only son and last but one of five children. 

Kris Kanu was happily married to Lucy Kanu and their marriage is blessed with two beautiful children, Audrey and Stephanie. 

Kris is survived by his mother, his wife, his siblings and his two beautiful children.
