The son of the late Willie, Jr. and Mable Alexander Walton, Larry was born in Detroit, MI and was U. S. Army Veteran. He was retired from Fieldcrest Mill.

Survivors include: a son, Larry Walton, Jr.; a daughter, LaDawne Walton; two grandchildren, Ka'Ron Davis and Ja'Bron Hudson; a sister, Jacqueline Walton-Gilliard (William, Sr.); a nephew, William Gilliard, Jr.; an aunt, Blanche Alexander Manuel; a special cousin, Jerry Moffett; a host of other relatives and friends.
