I wanted to know was Leticia murderer ever caught? This story really really touched my heart!! That step father was a monster and a liars on so many levels.. and I'm soo sorry  and my heart feels for all of you. I went thru  something similar with a step father as well and I wasn't the same after  that. I know you think of her every day and I know I will from this day forward... take care..
