My Sister was the most amazing person. She was strong beyond words. She was loving and always looked out for everyone that she loved, putting herself and her needs last. I miss her with all of my heart.

Sorry this is not Laura this is Tim.I wanted to give thanks to the staff at onloe'.every body treated me and my family with the best respect and kindnness that one could never imagine.but I would like to go as far out of my way as possible to give special thanks to the first floor staff.see when we first got there Laura new she was termanal, but they never treated her as that.love them al

Tim again.special thank to George,Tracy,Erin and Lisa kimzey who by the way showed me the up most respect when one night she bought me dinner down in the cafeteria.I was upset seeing Laura go thru this and she extended her compassion to me when I most needed it thx Lisa I will never for get you or the staff of the first floor staff enloe hospital. Please share this love all you guys

I have been in the medical field for almost 25 years & have never met a patient as AMAZING as Laura. Her family is the most loving I have seen in a long time. It is with great sorrow that I learned of her passing. I'm so glad I was able to spend some time with her last week, I will never forget it. I wanted to share with Laura's family, a song I heard that always reminded me of Laura. I told her about it & she said it was beautiful. (I played the YouTube version for her while she was in the hospital~it made her smile)
The song is by Christopher Cross, "Think of Laura"......

I heard a beautiful song one day on the radio after taking care of Laura one admission and it ALWAYS stayed with me. One night when she was having trouble sleeping, I played the YouTube version for her, she said it was beautiful and so was the smile that it put on her face. I will never forget that night and have already listened to the song like 20 times today :o) The song is by Christopher Cross, "Think of Laura"....
