Adam loved sports he played football for campbells Creek cougars, tee ball, little league,
basketball, roller blading, skate boarding, snow boarding, like to ride his mongoose bike, until he started driving, we gave him our Blazer, and every time he got paid we had to call Timco towing to get him out of a ditch or someplace he wasn't suppose to be, he loved to skip school until grandma found out ,and went to school with him and sit between the door and him, i had to push,him, pull him to get him there, we had 6th block, summer school and virtul high school, I wa s determined he would graduate with his class.he thanked me for this ,he just seemed to give up when he lost his mom when he was 13 to a massive heart attack due to diabeties..i miss these days and the head ache that the stress of it put me through, would love to have him back I would do it all again..even when I caught him getting off the city bus to catch the school bus home,they had been to the mall and movies ..

Adam was born 3 months to soon ,to a diabetic mother , he fought for his life for weeks in nicu, when at last he got to go home, he grew into a healthy loving boy, very out going and loved life and everybody not matter what walks of life they were from he only saw a person no matter what color,rich or poor

 he always said he wanted to be a Marine like grampa, when 9/11 happened he came home from school and said i know what I am going to do when I get out of school i am joining the marines. he enlisted before his graduation which was may/2003 but had to wait until August 31 when he was 18 to leave.. he left for Paris Island Sept 5th 2003 but this was short lived he deployed Feb 18 2005 and during operation Spear , Lcpl adam Johnson Crumpler was KIA in Karabilah Iraq this left a hole in my heart which will never be filled. I loved this boy with all my heart and miss him so much every day..
