Her Life

You Are Her Legacy

August 16, 2012

Our love is not measured by time, distance or other measures but by thoughts and intentions.  The heaviness in your heart is there to remind you that what you have lost is so profound - they don’t make them like her anymore.  For each of us our relationship was something different with Leona but no less special or dear.   Take comfort in knowing that each of you were her favourite in some way or another.  You were all special to her and perhaps she may or may not have showed it to you but you can bet she was so very proud of you.   She was very proud of her family and that was her real treasure here on earth.   You are her legacy.  She will live on in your hearts.

I have written something from Leona to you:

I am with you always, as I am part of you.

I am with you always and everything you do

You will feel my spirit as I am never far away

I am with you always each and every day

When you long to see me or feel my warm embrace

Look in the mirror and see my smiling face.
