Her Life
December 16, 2012

Leonor (Leoni) Scarf was born on October 2, 1947 in Manzanillo, Mexico.

At the age of 13, her family migrated to Hollywood, CA.

She married John Edward Scarf on July 15, 1967.

She gave birth to her son, John Edward Scarf, Jr on July 28, 1968.  A few years later, she gave birth to her daughter, Cynthia Scarf on June 16, 1973.

Her pride and joy were her two grandkids; Trinity Lyric Conway and Jonathan Tyler Scarf. There was nothing she wouldn't do for them.

Her other two big LOVES were BINGO and BOWLING.  No matter how ill she felt, she always made it to BINGO nights on Thursday's @ St Mary's Catholic Church and BOWLING on Sunday's.  She was looking forward to the annual Las Vegas Bowling Ternament.  Although she will not be there physically, she will be there in spirit.

She brought so much joy and happiness to every one of us.  Her smile lit up the room and her laughter let you know that everything would be alright.

Miss Leoni, I will be eternally grateful for all the things you did for me and my family.

May you rest in PEACE my sweet Leoni!  Soon you will be at the gates of heaven awaiting our arrivals.  When that day comes, I pray to God that you will be there guiding us as you guided us on this earth.

You will forever be missed!  Your memory will live within us forever.

Love you and miss you,

John, Celida and Jonathan Scarf

P.S.  We'll save a seat for you @ Bingo!!!

                                                         Come To Me

God saw you were getting tired, And a cure was not to be.  So He put His arms around you  And whispered, "Come To Me."  With tearful eyes we watched you,  And saw you pass away.  Although we loved you dearly,  We could not make you stay.  A golden heart stopped beating,  Hard working hands at rest.  God broke our hearts to prove to us,  He only takes the best.
