Mrs. Adams was born April 11, 1928 in Heard County, GA, the daughter of the late Arthur Broomfield Ridley and Mary Ann Brett. She owned Lillian’s Kut and Kurl and was a beautician by trade. She was a faithful member of Olive Branch Baptist Church until her health prevented her from attending regularly. Among her favorite hobbies was crocheting. Her family and friends will enjoy her beautiful handiwork for many years to come.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Mr. C. B. Adams.

Survivors include: her daughter and son-in-law, Melanie and Mike Maxwell of Fayetteville, GA; three granddaughters; April Butzon (Corey) of Franklin; Erin Steber (Josh) of Smyrna, GA; and Carrie Maxwell of Bowdon; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Jeanette Ridley Hallbeck of Rochester, Minnesota; and a number of other relatives and friends.
