Matthews, Linda Dianne, 52, Columbus, GA, died Sunday, September 27, 2015.
Memorial Celebration: Friday, October 2, 2015 at 2:00 p.m., at the Chapel of Progressive Funeral Home, Inc.
Visitation is Friday beginning at 12 noon at the funeral home.
The family will receive friend and the cortege will depart from 2211 Burnside Drive at 1:30 the day of the service.

I met Linda back in 2006 when I went to work for Zeb's. She always had a huge smile on her face and loved life to the fullest. She gave me my dog and BFF, Emily. Fly high and rest easy, Miss Linda. We will miss you.

I was shocked to hear the news of the death of Linda. She was a wonderful person whom brought a smile to all sad faces. May her soul rest in peace and GOD give your family the strength to endure. I pray that the many happy memories of Linda’s life with all of you will, with time, overcome the sadness and pain that have accompanied you all as you journeyed these later years.

My childhood friend will be missed and she has been such a good person to me and my family especially to my Late father Richard boynton sr so Ms Diane I call her did many favors for neighbor kids grandkids her kids it's been blessing what she done for us. I know this beautiful lady always had a big smile big heart help others but it's time say goodbye my friend I love you my daughters love you and you'll be missed by many ...my childhood friend
