Lisa graduated from LaGrange High School in 1989, LaGrange, GA. She accepted Christ and united with the True Love Baptist Church under the guidance of Rev. L. W. Booker. She was employed at West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange, Georgia, where she worked in the dietary department for 15 years, she later became employed at the George H. Lanier Hospital in Valley, Alabama for five years in the dietary department. Lisa was a loving, caring, and friendly person, who never meet a stranger.

Her favorite hobbies was solving crossword puzzles, reading the funnies, watching soaps and cooking.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Carlton Truitt and George
Hill, Jr, two aunts, Viola Hill and Ozella Ford.

Lisa leaves to cherish her memories: two beautiful daughters, Bianca Tylisha Baker and Jacara Vonshae Truitt, West Point, GA; two grandchildren, Kamorion Tywan Robinson, and Makayla Chestney Truitt, West Point, GA; two brothers, Leonard (Brenda) Truitt III, Willie H. (Loretta) Truitt, West Point, GA; six sisters, Virginia F. Truitt-Grier, Decatur, GA; Judith E. Truitt, College Park, GA; Francina Truitt, Acworth, GA; Sandra A. Truitt, West Point, GA; Sarah L.
