Hi Mom. I miss you so much. The times that I spend with my daughter Lisa seem so much like times we spent together with the rolls reversed. I am almost 85 now and I often wonder how you lived to be 95 with so much class and humor. Love Liz

Hi Mom. I can’t believe it has been 11 years since you passed. We speak of you so often and remember things that have happened before. Your bedroom is still Mom’s room certainly not the guest room. Jack and I talk so often and I look forward to that so much. He was a great help for me when I had the lost year . I am all well now and glad to have it behind me. You were 95 when you died and I am 83. You were not a complainer and a wonderful example for me moving forward. I really felt the added prayers you sent down for me. I love and miss you all the time. Love Liz

Aunt Lois,
Our birthdays were only a week apart. You were always like a second mom to me the whole time I was growing up. Mostly when things were amiss at home. During that time Liz, Jack and Tom became more like my sister and brothers and to this day I still consider them to be my family. Love you like I always have. Bob & Earlene

Mom Teegardin will be remembered by me as a full loving and caring person. Her smile and her laugh were her trademark. When I think of her laugh, it actually makes me laugh. We ended every conversation with "Take care of my Jack", which I responded by saying "Giving me something easier". Rest in Peace, Mom Teegardin !!

When Lisa and I first met, she took me down to Lois's place in Fla. for Thanks giving. It was like the girlfriend bringing the boy friend home to the parents for the first time, but it was Lois instead, i was nervous to pass the test. My van leaked oil on her driveway. My and Lois's friendship developed over the years. I'll miss our time spent and great talks at family get togethers, Buzz

Aunt Lois was a person that laid the path for all of us to follow. She was someone that I looked up to my whole life. She knew all the right words to say when talked to her. I know that the family will miss her greatly but Earlene and I will also miss her and all that she showed us when we spent time with her. Love, Bob and Earlene  PS Keith, you did an excellent job with the site.

She was a life mentor to many touching their minds and hearts. To say she was amazing is an understatement. She loved her family and worried if everyone was OK.Her biggest concern was she didn'nt want to be a burden to us. Very independent and always did it her way.She shared her life lessons with anyone that would listen and most did.I will miss her deeply and will always be in my heart.

The Pool

November 11, 2011

During the day of Keith`s wedding, a group of us hung out at the pool. As everyone knows, Mom Teegardin lived in Florida and had an amazing tan. I, on the other hand, could not be more white and do not tan, only burn. As we hung around the pool and shared stories, we lost track of time and the location of the sun. At one point, she told me I need to move to the shadow side of the pool. Too late! Could not wear shoes to Keith`s reception but didn`t really care because I would not have traded that afternoon for anything. Just a great lady !!
