Mable Wade Vargo Currin, 79, a lifetime resident of Creedmoor passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Granville Medical Center.
A native of Granville County, the daughter of the late Bernard and Thelma Powell Wade. She was of the Baptist faith and a homemaker.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, March 1, 2015 at Eakes Funeral Chapel in Creedmoor by Rev. Dan Hill. Burial will be in Creedmoor Cemetery.
Surviving are her husband of fifty years, Roy Lee Currin of Creedmoor, a son, Willie Lee Currin of Creedmoor, three daughters; Patricia Vargo Sebring of Franklinton, Betty Vargo Morris of Rougemont, Rebecca Varago Powell of Roxboro, seventeen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Virginia Vargo Medina.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 1, 2015 from 2:00 – 3:00 P.M. prior to the service at Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor.
