Midnight on june 1st 2014 I began to have contractions. I began to time them. Nothing consistent. I figured I was having false labor as I did with his older sister Lorelai Jenkins. Daddy gets home from work and comforts me through the pain as I pace the front yard. He convinces me to go in the trailer to watch a movie or something to try to distract myself. Of course I didn't get distracted. As time passed on my contractions continued. At some point in time daddy fell asleep. I allowed him to sleep cause I knew he would  need some rest to see our sweet boy enter this world. Around 8:30 the contractions became so intense i couldn't sit still or stifle moans. I continued to let brad sleep cause they were still inconsistent. Well they got unbearable so I woke him up. He said it was time to go. I didn't want to but I agreed. As he goes to start the van it won't start, battery dead. As he goes to jump start it with my grandpas charger I collapse in the yard with contractions. He gets the car started and helps me to the van. Get to the hospital and the nurse asks me to go leave a urine sample and change into my gown. I go in the bathroom get my pants to my knees leave the sample then collapse on the bathroom floor screaming in a contraction. The nurse and Brad come running to my side and get me to the bed with my pants at my knees. I was dilated to 9. They rushed me to a delivery room where the doctor met us. She checked me and im a 10! She breaks my water and 3 pushes later Malachi came rushing into this world! I did it! My little superman was born! He looked into my eyes and everything else went away! my breath was taken away. My heart was melted. I was complete.
