Everyone who came in contact with my mother, Margaret, would agree that she was a wonderful person. 

She always had a smile on her face.  She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She was such a versatile and talented woman, blessed with the abilities to sew and knit and later learning to make the most beautiful bows by hand while working for the Barricini Candy Company of New York, during the 1960's, where she helped to create baskets of candy decorated with the hand made bows.

She loved to entertain her family and friends and besides being a great cook, she was also a great friend.

I always told her that I loved her and that she lit up my life, in fact, she really did light up every ones life. 

Thinking about her helps me to feel better and remembering the good times is a wonderful comfort.
