Mark Samuel Wolfe, aged 60, passed into the loving arms of his Savior Jesus Christ on 8/30/18 after his battle with cancer with his family by his side. He is survived by his loving wife, Janet (nee Munyan), son Jonathan (Jennifer), daughter Mikaila, granddaughters Madison, Sophia and Alexandria, sister Sue Wolfe (Dayton, OH), man’s best friend, Maverick, mother in law Ruth Munyan, brother in law of Charles Munyan, Rich (Gina) Munyan (PA); Amos (Jackie) Munyan (MD), Tom Munyan (TX), Joy (Bob) Monte, Evelyn Miller (OH) and Jerry Schlenk (OH), as well as many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Marvin Wolfe and Lorena and Harry McElfresh, brother Greg Wolfe and sister Teresa Wolfe.
Mark was a “Simple kind of Man” who loved his family beyond measure and cherished each moment spent with them and his precious granddaughters. He was an avid sports fan, especially fond of his Ohio State Buckeyes football team and Philadelphia Eagles as well as the Los Angeles Lakers and 76ers. He was a loving husband, father, uncle, son, grandfather, brother and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, singing with the New Beginnings Bible Fellowship Praise Team, coaching youth football with the Westville Gator Youth football league, Bellmawr Purple Eagles Youth Football (1985-1990), Westville Baptist Youth Basketball league and Westville Youth Basketball League as well as serving the community of Westville as a volunteer firefighter and EMT.
A celebration of Mark’s life will be held at New Beginnings Bible Fellowship, 335 Woodbury Glassboro Rd., Woodbury Heights on Saturday, September 8th, visitation is 9am to 10:30 am with a memorial service to follow.
