This memorial website was created in the memory of our mother, Marlene N. McQuade. Marlene, 77, was born on November 10, 1935 and passed away on January 30, 2013. She was loved by many and was the best mother, sister, wife, and friend a person could ask for.  She will be with us always.

Her memorial service is on June 1, 2013, 3:30 PM, at the Bakerstown United Methodist Church in Gibsonia, PA.  In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the youth and music programs with the United Methodist Church.

Marlene-
Did you see us at our Italian dinner the other night?
You were seated at the other end of the table from me.
Your spirit was with us- I could feel your presence.
Love and miss you lots.

"We know how much your mother will be missed and we are sorry we cannot be at her memorial. We are happy to have known and shared memorable events with her and your father and know there was a great reunion when once they met again, as there will be when we see them again. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your loss. We love you and trust God to comfort you in the days ahead."

Good night my sister - your love is ever lasting and will be with me until we see each other again. Save me a good seat next to the buffet table- Italian of course.

My sisters

The two china figurines in my etagere are a tribute this month to my sisters who are smiling down from heaven ,watching over me. After putting away my Christmas decorations, these little angels just spoke to me -
"We will always be the RUSSO girls" so they have center stage where I can see them everyday.
I love you my sisters and you arejust a prayer away!!

Hi Aunt Mar - I just love this picture - she was always such a loving, happy person.  I remember attending a family reunion at the Penn Hills house.  Missing Aunt Mar!
