Dad another birthday without you. Almost 7 years since you left us, but we never forget about you. We still celebrate you. I know you're so proud of your grandkids there all so successful and have the most beautiful kids. I know you needed to go to rest and watch over us from above. I wish you were here with me to watch all the kids accomplish there goals. Love you Dad. ❤️

Grandpa, it's been 6 years since you been gone. I can't believe you're gone still.. it's only easy when I don't think about it. Gone too soon for sure.
You always tried making things easier on me. You kept my secrets, and you would try and tell me about the past as best as you could. I remember always taking over your tv on bottle tree drive, and you never blinked an eye. You would let me blast your tv when country music was on. How you would try and run through the house at bottle tree drive, and always had a full cup of tea or diet soda. And at times when it was hard to take you out, you would be happy with cheese puffs and a burger on the way back Your favorite was oatmeal and coffee in the morning, and if you could it would be biscuits and gravy everyday. I wish I was a bit older, so I could have cherished you a bit more. You were a family man, I still remember you getting in an argument with Uncle and you couldn't win, so you took us kids across the way for pizza and games. I'll always remember that. I remember how you would get excited about blowing the candles out on your birthday, and how you where too excited to wait for your Christmas gift so you opened it before we could even get a picture How excited you would get to meet your great grandkids. You would say bring them here and you would peek over and kiss them. I wish I could have that moment.. to bring my son home to you and have you kiss him. Happy Birthday Grandpa, I love you.
